Cabin Crew Interview Situation Handling
Hi everyone. Welcome back to my blog.
You might be asked to answer a few Situation based questions after you pass through the medical round. Your Interviewer will give you certain Customer-Cabin Crew, Crew-Crew conflict issues, Friendship/Family-related issues, you have to explain or discuss how you can solve the issue or what can you do handle the situation. It is fine if you don't actually know what to answer, you can say whatever you truly feel. It is always advisable to be honest with these answers because that will actually reflect your true Personality. Do not worry about these kinds of questions much, as there is no correct or wrong answer to these Situational type Questions.
After the Self Introduction round, English test(if any),height-weight checks then you will have an interaction round with senior HR or someone from the higher management team. Sometimes, you can have the final round of Interviews taken by the people who took your First-round Interview. So it is a must for you to maintain the same attitude and confidence, until the end of the interview day.
In this round, you will be asked questions related to the job, industry, and the company you are attending the interview for. You should answer most of them honestly and truthfully. Some of the questions will be like:
- Why you want to join Our Company? (talk about the Company)
- Why you want to become a Cabin Crew? (talk about your Passion)
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now? (talk about your future plans)
- Why should we hire you? (talk about your Skills)
These are just a few examples of the many questions that are discussed in an interview. Airline Companies always like and prefer well-prepared Candidates. So it is very important to be well prepared for your interview, with knowledge and information. With that, you will be well prepared for any interview mentally as well as physically.
International Airlines Interview process takes more time than Domestic Airline Interview, it can be for 1-3 days time. So if any of you are planning to travel to a different city to attend an interview, then you should keep this in your mind and then do the travel planning.
By saying this, I will end this writing here today. I will be back soon with more tips about Cabin Crew. Thank you for reading.
